Our contingent workforce provides us with the flexibility to scale talent quickly in response to changing business needs, seasonal demands, or specialized project requirements. It enables access to a broader pool of skills and expertise without the long-term commitment of traditional hiring. This approach can also help manage costs more effectively while maintaining agility in a competitive market.Job PurposeAs we infuse this population into our total talent landscape, we are building in-house contingent workforce management capabilities to support this extended workforce leveraging a new tool and new process. We are aiming to:Achieve complete visibility and control over contingent worker data and supplier performance.Create a seamless and compliant environment for managing contingent workers, ensuring their effective integration into our workforce.Uphold the highest standards of governance and operational excellence, minimizing risks and maximizing operational efficiency to be compliant with the ESRS before end of 2025.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Contingent Worker Tracking Program for the assigned region & markets: Ensure compliance, controls, and comprehensive reporting. Deep dive into data to uncover trends, patterns, and potential issues related to workforce health and supplier performanceManage and monitor Supplier Engagement & Performance Monitoring: Through regular reporting, ensure all metrics and KPIs are produced in line with contractual agreements. Identify and address non-compliance in collaboration with procurement & local teams where requiredMaintain Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate findings, trends, risks, and recommendations to key stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure program continuityIssue Escalation: Maintain open communication and escalate issues to leadership, HR Market Lead, and the relevant Procurement team regarding supplier performance and compliance with Contingent Worker policiesContinuous Improvement: Propose and implement enhancements and improvements on process, technology, and governance to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the programmeThis role will also specifically be responsible for process improvement of the manager experience, involving technology & self-serviceRequired Qualifications3+ years of people data management experience in systems & tools with accuracy at the forefrontAdvanced proficiency with Excel.Supplier management experience a plusFluent in EnglishExperience working in a global team environment and/or across multiple markets is preferred.
