About the RoleLocation - Pune - KharadiWe’re looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to lead strategic, tactical, and operational excellence across our organization.This is a key leadership position, driving transformation through Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven decision-making, while embedding a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.You’ll collaborate with senior leadership to shape the CI roadmap, influence business outcomes, and ensure impactful, measurable results.What You’ll Do Lead CI Strategy: Develop and execute the CI roadmap aligned to organizational goals. Manage Programs: Oversee a portfolio of CI initiatives from design to implementation. Problem Solving: Use Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, and Kaizen to identify and resolve process inefficiencies. Partner with Leaders: Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive change and deliver business impact. Drive Data-Based Decisions: Use analytics to track performance, measure results, and recommend improvements. Build Capability: Deliver training on CI methodologies to strengthen internal capabilities. Governance & Reporting: Establish performance metrics and provide regular leadership updates.What You Bring✅ 12–15 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence / Program Management✅ Proven success leading CI programs across diverse business functions✅ Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, and Value Stream Mapping✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills✅ Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics-based decision-making✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Business, or related field (Lean/Six Sigma Certification preferred)Why Join Us?🌍 A global, fast-paced environment that values innovation and continuous improvement.
