We dont present ethnicity, religion, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation or identity.Its time to burst the bubble, and we will do it together!What You'll do: Drive continuous service improvement initiatives aligned with organizational objectives, ITIL best practices, and contractual commitments; Lead improvement programs and transformation initiatives across complex, multi-stakeholder environments; Analyze service performance (KPIs/SLAs), identify improvement opportunities, and orchestrate corrective and preventive actions; Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance assessments to enhance service efficiency and quality; Facilitate workshops, improvement sessions, and cross-functional collaboration to promote a culture of innovation and accountability; Partner with international stakeholders and multi-vendor teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of enhancement initiatives; Provide guidance on best practices for continual improvement and contribute to strategic service delivery planning; Monitor progress of improvement initiatives and report outcomes, ensuring measurable value and business impact; Hybrid Work Model.What You Are: 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Service Delivery, Operational Excellence, or similar roles; Strong knowledge of ITIL v4, especially the Continual Improvement model; Proven track record managing improvement or transformation programs in complex organizations; Excellent analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; Strong communication and influencing abilities across all organizational levels; Experience with KPI/SLA analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis tools; Fluency in English (written and spoken), with frequent interaction with international teams; Desirable: ITIL v4 Managing Professional or equivalent certification; Experience with continuous improvement methodologies; SAFe knowledge or certification; Familiarity with ITSM tools; Background in global or multi-vendor service delivery environments.What youll get: Wage according to candidate's professional experience; Remote Work whenever possible; Allocation of health insurance from the beginning of the employment; Delivery of work equipment adjusted to the performance of functions; And others.Work together with expert teams on projects of large magnitude and intensity, long term together with our clients, all leaders in their industries.Are you ready to step into a diverse and inclusive world with us?Together we will promote uniquess!
