Contract - Engineer - Process Development (1 year)

This will be a 1-year fixed term contract position.Job DescriptionIn your new role you will:Responsible for wideband gap semiconducting material development throughout the life cycle from initial setup, to product optimisation, and lastly yield improvementsYou will work with R&D and process engineering teams on materials science aspectsValidating process specifications, performing process development using DOE, and assessing new product CPK for each new technologySupport R&D metrology engineers to advance characterisation efforts using various analytical techniques such as Photoluminescence, X Ray, optical imaging, document processes and results: present results for process qualificationYour ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have:BS or MS Degree in Physics, Materials science, computer science, electrical, electronics or other engineeringExperience in running R&D equipment involving multiple parameters is a plus#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
