What The Role IsYou will be part of the team that advises on legal, legal policy and statutory matters, including contracts, intellectual property and technology law.What You Will Be Working OnSupporting the Legal unit’s legal matters including vetting contractsConducting legal research as assignedSupporting internal training efforts on legal matters for NAC colleaguesPerforming administrative duties and any other tasks as assignedWhat We Are Looking ForBe a Qualified Person as set out in the Legal Profession (Qualified Persons) RulesPreferably called to the Singapore BarPreferably at least 1 year post-qualification experience (PQE) in a legal settingExperience in handling corporate law and / or intellectual property law relating to one or more arts disciplines will be advantageousStrong analytical, communication, and research skillsGood team player with a positive attitude who can work with minimal supervisionWilling to take on administrative tasks and learn new areas of the lawInterest in arts, technology, and law preferred
