Become part of our team and help build an organization that is working on the latest trends in Agri and Food Solutions - you probably have heard about our local brands of oil, Floriol and Unisol?We are growing and looking for a passionate, bold, and driven Contract Admin SpecialistRead the vacancy below and learn more about it!What will you be doing as an Contract Admin SpecialistThe overall responsibility of the Contract Admin Specialist is the accurate and timely input of sales and purchase contracts including amendments contracts including amendments.This should be completed through the following activities:Responsibilities: Inputting purchase and sale contracts and relevant amendments. Allocating futures pricing, rolling of futures pricing and overfill / underfill pricing. Issuing contracts using Bunge standard terms and reviewing third-party issued contracts. Monitoring the status of the activities and reporting upward to Coordinator. Ensuring accuracy of Contract Admin metrics reported. Producing and retaining documentation in accordance with internal and external policies and procedure requirements. What you can bring to the role: Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. Desirable minimum 2-3 years of experience in international commodity companies. Advanced in written and verbal English. Desirable Italian/Polish/Portuguese. Computer proficiency (SAP, Analytical tools, MS Office). Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable. Knowledge of GAFTA, FOSFA contracts desirable.
