OverviewPM Group are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our pharma construction project team in Geel, Belgium.PM Group is an employee owned, international project delivery firm. From our network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US, we work with the world's leading organisations. We are focused on growing a sustainable business centred around our people, our clients and trade partners.ResponsibilitiesAdminister contract compliance, change management, and payment processing for pharma construction packagesSupport contract negotiations and amendments while ensuring alignment with project requirements and regulatory standardsMonitor contractor performance and assist with commercial dispute resolution throughout construction phasesProcess change control documentation including evaluation and implementation of contract variationsCoordinate with legal and procurement teams to maintain contract compliance with local commercial law and pharma standardsMaintain contract documentation, correspondence records, and commercial databases for audit and compliance requirementsSupport commercial meetings and stakeholder coordination between owners, contractors, and regulatory bodiesAssist with claims processing, contract closeout procedures, and final account settlementsEnsure contract compliance with pharma quality standards, GMP requirements, and validation protocolsQualificationsExperience in construction contract administration, preferably within pharma or regulated manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of local contract law, EU commercial regulations, and pharma industry contracting standardsFamiliarity with construction contracts including FIDIC, NEC, or similar standard formsUnderstanding of pharma construction requirements including GMP compliance and regulatory documentationAbility to manage commercial relationships and support contractual dispute resolutionBachelor's degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fieldProficiency in English + Dutch and/or French advantageousD&IInclusion and Diversity are core to our culture and values.
