This role serves as a critical liaison between the organization, clients, vendors, and legal teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including amendments and addendums with health plans.Ensure all contracts are compliant with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.Maintain a comprehensive contract management system, tracking key dates, deliverables, renewals, and obligations.Collaborate with internal departments (such as Legal, Compliance and Operations) to facilitate contract processing and resolve issues.Monitor contract performance and enforce compliance with terms and conditions.Prepare and distribute regular reports on contract status and performance metrics.Identify and mitigate risks associated with contractual agreements.Support contract audits and participate in process improvements for contract management.Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries both internally and externally.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Law, or a related field preferred.Proven experience (5+ years) in contract administration, legal support, contract negotiations, or a similar field.Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation techniques, and risk management.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Join our team as we strive for excellence through teamwork, where our patients are #1!IHCS is an equal opportunity employer.
