Job Description

We are seeking a Contract Administrator to manage the full contract lifecycle and support strategic sourcing initiatives. This position requires strong negotiation skills, legal knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end contract lifecycle from initiation to closure.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including master agreements, statements of work, renewals, and amendments.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure approvals and ensure compliance.Maintain and update the Contract Management System and centralized file storage.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in law, procurement, business, or related field.3+ years' experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex procurement contracts.3+ years' experience in strategic sourcing within direct procurement (software, hardware, IoT, 3PIP, etc.).Preferred QualificationsValid U.S. VisaAdvanced English (including legal terminology for negotiations) Strong understanding of legal and business concepts and risk assessment.Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure.Experience in supplier performance management, cost negotiation, and lifecycle costing.Familiarity with Contract Management Systems.Excellent communication skills for interacting with executive-level stakeholders.Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural team environment.Why Join Us?Work on high-impact procurement projects.Collaborate with global teams in a dynamic environment.Opportunity to grow in contract management and strategic sourcing.
