Job Description

We are seeking Construction related experience with supplier contracts ensuring compliance, performance, and risk mitigation. This individual contributor role collaborates with legal, sourcing, and cross-functional teams to oversee all post-award commercial activities. Must have Contract drafting, MSAs, NDAs SOWs, RFP/RFQ experience. This is urgent and seeking additional candidates for consideration.Key responsibilities:Contract Drafting & Review: Prepare, review, and edit various contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), supplier agreements, and amendments. Ensure that contract terms align with sourcing strategies, RFP/RFQ outcomes, and organizational policies.Project Management experience (Project planning, milestones, change managementContract descriptionContract Drafting & Review: Prepare, review, and edit various contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), supplier agreements, and amendments. Ensure that contract terms align with sourcing strategies, RFP/RFQ outcomes, and organizational policies.Risk Management: Identify and flag potential risks within contracts, escalating issues to legal, compliance, or procurement leadership as necessary to mitigate risks effectively.Contract Execution: Manage the contract approval process, ensuring all necessary signatures are obtained and maintaining document control throughout the lifecycle of contracts.Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Risk, Finance, and Business Owners, to confirm contract terms and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Compliance Maintenance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance, including adherence to approval thresholds and delegated authority.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in contract administration, legal support, or a related role, with a strong understanding of contract law and compliance.Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in contract drafting and review processes.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
