Together, let's write the next chapter of your career!Job DescriptionTo support the growing complexity of our legal operations and strengthen contract governance, we are introducing a new role: Contract Coordinator - Paralegal.This position provides essential administrative and operational support throughout the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal processes and contributing to the efficiency and quality of legal documentation.In this role:You will assist in the preparation, formatting, and review of standard commercial agreements (e.g., NDAs, service agreements, supplier contracts)You will help maintain and update the contract database, ensuring proper archiving and version controlYou will track key contract milestones (renewals, expirations, terminations) and ensure timely reminders and follow-upsYou will coordinate the contract signature and approval process in line with internal proceduresYou will support legal counsel with document management and basic legal research when neededYou will help ensure that contracts comply with internal policies and applicable legal standardsQualificationsYou hold a paralegal certification or equivalent education in legal or administrative fieldsYou have 1–3 years of experience in legal support, contract administration, or a similar roleYou demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyYou are proficient in contract management tools and Microsoft Office applicationsYou are a collaborative team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionallyExperience in legal, compliance, or administrative support within a luxury, retail, or industrial environment is a plus.
