The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Do: Responsible for complete contract lifecycle and related insurance documentsDraft agreements for legal review and coordinate executionUpdate and maintain studio agreement templates and related formsInform internal and external stakeholders on insurance coverage needs as it pertains to the type of production or eventReview certificates of insurance to ensure satisfaction with studio requirementsIdentify any high-risk activities and request for appropriate insurance coverageTrack insurance expiration dates for long-term clients and reach out for updated policies to prevent lapses in coverageManage contract and insurance for multiple productions simultaneously and prioritize based on urgency, escalating any timing concerns to internal stakeholdersReview and approve Draft Deal Memos before finalizing contractsCreate contract packages utilizing both existing templates and bespoke revisions, based upon scope of work and customer typeEffectively communicate and liaise with legal partners, internal stakeholders, project managers, and external customersDemonstrate strong decision-making skills as it relates to:Workflow managementActioning requirementsPrioritizing timelines and deliverablesUnderstanding multi-tier insurance requirementsSpotting issuesDetermining audience exposureTranslation and intent in communicationsCost and estimate breakdownsPerform other clerical duties and tasks as required by the supervisorQualificationsLet’s Talk About You…Executer – You get things done! Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week.
