Contract Engineer

Khatib & Alami is looking for a Contract Engineer to join our team for a major Building Project in Dubai. This is a site-based role supporting building construction and site supervision activities.Responsibilities:Manage and administer contracts based on FIDIC.Handle variations, claims, EoTs, and contractual correspondence.Review contractor invoices, budgets, and cost reports.Support procurement, subcontract agreements, and commercial negotiations.Coordinate with internal project teams and prepare commercial/progress reports.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.10 years of experience in commercial/contract roles for building projects.Strong understanding of FIDIC contract conditions.UAE/GCC experience preferred.
