Contract LawyerLocation: Mexico CityWork Model: 4 days onsite + 1 day home officeKey ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (national and international).Manage agreements related to machinery sales, post-sales, and installation projects.Oversee REPSE compliance and contracts with external suppliers (cranes, installation teams).Coordinate with global legal team in Europe and support local management.Ensure risk management and contractual compliance.ProfileLaw degree with 5+ years of experience in international companies.Background in machinery sales or industrial projects.Strong knowledge of commercial law; English fluency required.Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable personality.
