Contract Manager

OverviewOur client is a World's leader when it comes to key transport solutions in transit to a more sustainable planet, and they offer, with their dedicated team, innovative rail and bus mobility options.With an annual turnover of over 3 billion euros, they are now expanding their presence into the Belgian market.As the business continues to expand, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Contract Manager to support the activities on a $3bn+ Rail Project based in Belgium.YouIdeally, you will have worked in Belgium or France and within the international construction environment.As an experienced contract and claims manager you will be fluent in French, and a degree-qualified quantity surveyor, engineer, or construction professional. Our client is also open to a legal background as long as you have experience working on a construction site.You will know about employer and/or subcontractor management, contract negotiation and drafting, claims and variation orders, and dispute resolution.
