We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partner.Job DescriptionEnfinity Global is looking for a Contract Manager to coordinate, evaluate, review, and process Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) contracts, Limited Notice to Proceeds, MSA's, formal bids, requests for qualifications, and support (from an EPC Contracts perspective) requests for proposals.This position will administer policies and procedures for all contracts in compliance with company and customer expectations and will be directly responsible for the management of EPC contracts, inclusive of all contract exhibits, while maintaining a centralized contracts repository system. Key responsibilitiesEnsure contracts are drafted, negotiated, and executed in accordance with the organizational requirements of Enfinity Global's EPC departmentPreparing RFPs for clients and commercial bids, and taking care of bid leveling and comparisonsContract negotiations and buyoutDiscussing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the terms of business contractsAgreeing on budgets and timescales with the contractorsManaging construction schedules and budgets in accordance with the Construction ManagersActing as the main point of contact for clients, the site, and project managersMaking sure construction project contracts meet agreed technical standardsOverseeing invoicing and managing contract renewals, change orders, etcMitigate organizational contract risks together with the legal departmentRequirementsMaster's degree in EngineeringEnergy or Construction contracts previous experience (7+ years)Excellent command of English AND Italian languagePrevious experience in reviewing and advising on EPC contractsEffective negotiation skillsStrong commercial awarenessAbility to work under time pressure to meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication, listening and influencing skillsCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsLeadership skillsTeam player attitudeInternational mobility, both for short missions and potentially for mid-term assignmentsIn Enfinity Global, you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
