Your expertise will not only streamline our processes but also contribute to our commitment to excellence and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesContract Leadership: Take charge of managing contracts, ensuring they align with company policiesStandardization: Develop, maintain, and update standard contract agreements for both customers and vendors, ensuring that all agreements meet organizational guidelines.Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Contract Specialists, guiding them in conducting thorough contractual risk reviews for all commercial contract categories.Training & Support: Provide hands-on training and guidance to Sales and Operations teams, fostering a deep understanding of contracting practices and procedures.Risk Management: Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to protect the company’s interests while advising the business on contractual obligations.Post-Sales Leadership: Collaborate with Field Operations in managing post-sales commercial matters, ensuring efficient handling of payment applications, change orders, and contract claims.RequiredWhat we look forA minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management or a related field.Proven people management experience with a passion for developing talent and fostering teamwork.Strong understanding of contract law and risk management principles.Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively.Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
