Our mission is to secure effective, compliant and value-creating contract execution across large-scale renewable energy projects.You will work closely with our project teams and stakeholders to navigate complex contractual landscapes – ensuring risks are managed, obligations are met, and opportunities are maximized.Your location can be at one of our offices in Er Hamburg, Bremen or Emden – depending on your preference. Some travel will be part of the role.“We are looking for a colleague who can confidently manage complex contract environments, contribute to our processes, and share experience to strengthen the entire team.”– Susanne Gren Harstad, Head of Contract ManagementWhat You Will Be DoingContract life cycle managementNegotiating drafting and managing large scale service contracts, including flow-down requirements to subcontractors and suppliersIdentifying and mitigating commercial risks in collaboration with project teamsManaging invoicing and payment milestones to ensure timely cash flowProject & stakeholder supportActing as a trusted advisor to project managers and commercial teamsPreparing clear management reports and ensuring transparent communicationContinuous improvement & knowledge sharingContributing to the development of our contract management frameworkSharing lessons learned and best practices across the organizationWhat You BringMaster’s degree in Law, Commercial Law or BusinessSolid experience with contract and claim management in offshore/marine environmentsFamiliarity with large-scale service contracts in the offshore or related industriesFluency in German and English – written and spokenA proactive, structured, and collaborative approach with a strong sense of responsibilityThe team you will joinIn the Contract Management team, we support and bring out the best in each other – because we know this fuels our collective energy.
