Contract Manager

SUNOTEC positions itself as an integrated solution provider, covering all services from geology, procurement, engineering and construction services to operations and maintenance and re-powering of plants with a large focus on BESS.Expanding our team in Bulgaria, we are looking for a Contract Manager.Responsibilities:Reviews, analyses, drafts and negotiates large-scale contracts for provision of construction services for solar projects;Identifies and outlines the major contractual risks and proposes commercial terms to mitigate the risks;Supports the project’s management team for solving practical cases, arising during the contract execution, drafting variation orders for adjustments or changes or claims to the signed contract;Supports the project’s management team for correct interpretation and proper application of the signed contracts;Drafting and reviewing subcontracts in case of subcontracting part of the activities;Provides legal advice on day-to-day operational matters.Requirements:University degree in Law;At least 2 years of professional experience in construction;Good knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts;Experience with other internationally recognized forms of contracts (JCT Contracts, NEC Contracts, VOB/B based contracts, etc.) shall be considered as an advantage;Good understanding of the major contractual and commercial elements of construction services agreements;Experience in working with various business units across corporate structure;Computer literacy, advanced skills in working with MS Office;Fluent English language skills (written & verbal);Second language (written & verbal) will be considered as advantage.Personal qualities:A team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams;Demonstrates a high level of responsibility and accountability;A flexible, proactive, and loyal individual who adapts to changing project needs;Аble to meet strict deadlines with a strong sense of urgency;Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.What we offer:Full – time employment contract;Competitive salary;Work in a professional, friendly and dynamic environment;Additional health insurance;Multisport card;Positive working environment (Relax zone, Memorable Team Buildings and Events).In case your professional qualification corresponds to the above requirements, and you wish to join our growing team, please send us your CV in English.Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
