A fast-growing Israeli fintech company is looking for a *Contract Recruiter* based in *New York City* (remote work with occasional office presence in NYC).*Responsibilities:*- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process- Source and attract top talent across *Tech, GTM, Finance, and Legal* roles- Utilize sourcing tools and platforms efficiently*Requirements:*- 5+ years of experience in recruitment- Strong hands-on experience with sourcing and candidate management- Experience working with Israeli companies – an advantage- Background in fintech industry – a plus- Ability to adapt to a dynamic hiring environment*Additional Details:*- Temporary project with flexibility in workload percentage- Potential for future integration into the company (e.g. full-time, permanent role)
