• Independently organize the comprehensive decision-making of large projects and discover and analyze problems regarding standard exercising of authority.• Discover problems about process compliance and system applications, and give recommendations for improvement.• Drive digital transformation and transformation, change employees' working habits, and improve project operation efficiency.• Take charge of the commercial bidding and solution design for large projects as well as functional reviews on the commercial and legal affairs of small- and medium-sized projects.• Take charge of large-scale project operations and identify risks in project operations.• Manage the customer relationship and customer satisfaction of each account department.
