Main Responsibilities: -Set department yearly plan and targets in coordination with the direct -manager. -Prepare and submit forecasts for the department budget for discussion and approval by the direct manager. -Ensure adherence to all department processes, policies, and procedures by the team and Sales departments, from unit reservations with Sales Advisors to the final approved contract delivery to clients. -Ensure the Sales Contracts team follows up with clients to receive necessary documents on time according to the set SLA (Service Level Agreement).
-Support the Sales Contracts team by answering inquiries related to contracts and supporting documents throughout the contract preparation phase. -Review contract data and related documents to ensure accuracy as recorded in the CRM (Initial Review). -Oversee the creation and finalization cycles of all management contracts. -Notify all team members of any legal or internal process changes or updates. -Revise all newly received legal templates and communicate them to the team. -Notify related departments (Legal, Contracts, Developments, etc. ) of requests received from clients. -Inform Sales Managers of any changes in processes. -Assign sales tasks to the Sales Contracts team.
-Receive client requests, delegate to team members, and ensure timely handling. -Receive all remarks regarding clients’ grace periods ending and notify the Legal Department. -Ensure that data in the CRM is consistently accurate and updated. -Suggest enhancements and developments for the CRM to add new features according to business needs in coordination with the technical department. -Conduct periodic meetings with the entire Sales Contracts team. -Prepare and submit all requested periodic reports. -Participate in recruiting and setting objectives for teams. -Coach, monitor, and evaluate team performance. Job requirements: -Bachelor’s degree. -Min. 10 years with proven experience in Contracts Department.
