Every employee will receive personalized talent development strategies tailored to their unique skill set and knowledge of local culture and business practices.Location: Katowice What You Will DoProvide end-to-end contract management (draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts and agreements to identify/mitigate/eliminate unusual risks, liabilities, and remedies)Act as a liaison between different divisions and partners across the globe to ensure the most effective and compliant contract processPrepare, execute, and archive relevant procurement legal documents (including MSAs, amendments, schedules, NDSAs, etc.)Negotiate with suppliers on non-commercial contract terms to minimize enterprise riskManage document processes/approvals required for general business and SOX complianceAssist with other projects as necessary, including reporting on relevant productivity and velocity metricsIdentify and implement process enhancements to drive continuous improvementWhat You Will HaveEffective and professional communication skills in French, English Completed Bachelors or Masters degree in related fields (Legal preferred)Experience in Legal or Procurement responsibilitiesFamiliarity with legal documents, understanding of complex legal terms and textsActive negotiation and influencing skillsEagerness to learnAbility to analyze data and transform it into informationKnowledge of procurement processes and tools is a plusWe OfferOur goal at Caterpillar is for you to have a rewarding career.
