OverviewPM Group are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to manage contractual aspects of civils, structures, and architecture (CSA) packages for a major pharmaceutical construction project in Belgium.Who We ArePM Group is an employee owned, international project delivery firm with a team of 3,600+ people. We are focused on growing a sustainable business centred around our people, our clients and trade partners.ResponsibilitiesAdminister contracts for civil works, structural, and architectural packagesManage subcontractor agreements and variations for CSA disciplinesProcess and evaluate change orders and contract modificationsCoordinate with CSA contractors, consultants, and design teamsMonitor contract compliance and deliverable milestonesPrepare and review contract documentation, amendments, and extensionsManage payment applications and certificate processesMaintain comprehensive contract records and correspondenceResolve contractual disputes and claims related to CSA worksEnsure adherence to pharmaceutical construction standards and regulationsSupport procurement activities for CSA packagesCoordinate with project management and commercial teamsQualificationsMinimum 3-5 years contracts administration experienceConstruction industry background, preferably pharmaceutical/industrial projectsKnowledge of CSA construction processes and terminologyExperience with standard construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, or similar)Strong analytical and negotiation skillsProficient in contract management software and MS Office suiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneouslyFluent English required; French/Dutch language skills beneficialValid EU work authorizationDegree/Diploma in Construction Management, Law, or related fieldProfessional certification in contract administrationExperience with pharmaceutical facility constructionKnowledge of Belgian construction regulationsWhy PM Group?As an employee-owned company, we are inclusive, committed and driven.
