This role is designed for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who will support the Contracts Administrator in managing the Contracts Framework and overseeing the Contracts Review process at the company.You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient contract administration, maintaining compliance, and mitigating legal risks through accurate and timely management of client, vendor, and partner agreements.REQUIREMENTS:Must be an organized, process-oriented problem-solver who can multitask and manage competing interests.Ability to apply business knowledge to the evaluation of Contracts suitabilityProven customer service skillsSuperior attention to detailMust have strong written and verbal skills.Excellent Analytical and critical thinking skills.Two or more years of experience in business Contracts review requiredPrior sales experience a plusEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.Experience: 2+ years of experience in business contracts review required; prior sales experience is a plus.Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, and proven customer service abilities.Characteristics: Organized, process-oriented problem-solver capable of multitasking and managing competing priorities.RESPONSIBILITIES:Own and manage the Contracts Review workflow including but not limited to:Work Intake (submittal form and assessment)Work Routing (assignment and establishment of deadlines)Work Collaboration (communication and exchange of information with customers)Work Completion (delivery to customer and archiving of documentation)Assist with the creation and redline review of all agreements including but not limited to:Master Services Agreements (MSAs)Statements/Scope of Work (SOWs)Amendments/AddendumsNon-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)Partnership AgreementsData Processing/Privacy Agreements (DPAs)Own and maintain company´s catalog of Contracts templates.Credit ChecksConduct special ad/hoc research projects as needed.Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessitated by business needs.
