In this role, you will oversee the contractual and commercial aspects of our projects, ensuring compliance, value and efficiency from pre-construction through to completion. What You Will Deliver•Manage contract administration, change control and commercial risk across projects.•Review, negotiate and manage contract terms with clients and subcontractors.•Manage Project Managers on live projects, ensuring programme, cost and quality objectives are met.•Provide expert advice on contractual obligations, claims and dispute resolution.•Collaborate with estimating, procurement and delivery teams to support tenders and project planning.•Monitor contract performance and produce clear, timely reports for senior management.•Deliver subcontractor award meetings.What You Bring•Minimum 2 years’ experience in Contracts management within construction.•At least 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager.•Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar discipline.•Strong understanding of contract law, construction methodologies and project lifecycles.•Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.•Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple contracts effectively.What We Offer•Competitive salary package aligned to your experience and achievements.•Pension contributions and health & wellbeing supports.•A collaborative, safety-first culture with a strong focus on quality, teamwork and work-life balance.•Opportunity to work on prestigious residential and commercial projects.Interested in learning more?
