Control System Engineer

We enable our customers to increase the economic efficiency and CO2 balance of their properties while minimizing technical, commercial, and energy risks.Role ActivitiesImplement and tune control logic for heating systems, batteries, and solar installations, based on predefined optimization models.Ensure reliable data flow between local systems, sensors, cloud platforms, and operational dashboards.Monitor control performance and adjust parameters to achieve efficiency, comfort, and cost objectives.Install, configure, and maintain control hardware and communication devices at customer or plant sites.Troubleshoot hardware, network, and system integration issues both remotely and on-site.Document configurations, testing results, and system changes to ensure high-quality operational records.Collaborate with engineers and quantitative analysts to refine optimization logic and address performance deviations.Ideal CandidateIf you see yourself in several of the points below, we encourage you to apply:Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation/Mechatronics, Energy Systems, or similar.Minimum 2 years of experience working with control systems, PLCs or building automation, ideally optimizing energy flows.Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, control schematics, and device communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, BACnet, MQTT).Interest or experience in the renewable energy market.Comfortable collaborating in English.What we offer youAn attractive salary package and exciting development opportunitiesFurther training in renewable energies and project managementA dynamic, innovative environment with short decision-making processes and plenty of creative freedomThe opportunity to play an active role in the energy transition and make a real impact
