Mission The overall goal is to reduce the number of defects on cars sold in MEA region, with a special attention to safety issuesThe Preanalyst Leader is responsible for:- Safety Preanalysis in MEA region- Managing the Preanalysis of incidents in launch phase to ensure the quality convergence, providing a portfolio in serial life- ensuring all safety issues on cars sold in MEA region (Preanalysis done until passing into treatment for all the vehicle, Leadtime and coverage rate targets are managed)- engaging all the Preanalysis in his technical perimeter-- alerting for crisis risksEmpowermentThe Preanalyst Leader is the voice of customer in the region. He must ensure that customer issues are "enough" characterized to pass into treatment. By his actions he must make safety issue as a priority for Preanalyst Team, and convince Quality plant to engage actions to protect immediately the customer, and to engage actions for treatment (nonconformity plant or supplier)Job Deliverable1. Detects Quality crisis in customer field2. Ensure passing into treatment Safety Issues and minimal Leadtime respect3. Leads the vehicle/body launches in the region4. Guarantees the characterization and processing of customer incidents of vehicles / propulsion within a given time frame to provide the PPM portfolio5. Ensure the whole topics under his responsibility are considered in Quality Reactivity meetings6. Ensures pre-analysis on a specific perimeter (ex: propulsion defects)7. Provide data for short loop process working in the plant8. Alert on incidentology drifts on subjects under treatment and reoccurrence9. Triggers escalation10. Synchronizes with Preanalyst that manufactures the same vehicle/organ11.
