Business has been around for 30 years. Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site Controller role based in Long Beach, CA. The Controller will conduct a full audit of the bank records, examine the general financial functions, analyze financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities also include cash flow management and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining accurate financial records and improving processes across the organization.QualificationsProficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow managementStrong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and regulatory standardsExperience with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial data entryFamiliarity with creating internal controls and optimizing financial processesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA designation preferredAdvanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelStrong communication, time management, and organizational skillsExperience in real estate industry financial management is a plus
