About the Role:The Controller Korea position plays a pivotal role in driving the financial performance and governance of Ferrero’s Korean business. This position acts as a finance business partner to the commercial team, ensuring robust budgetary control, insightful analysis, and process optimization. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic decision-making in a dynamic FMCG environment.Main Responsibilities:Manage the Korean P&L, including cost efficiency initiatives and implementation of optimization projects in full ownershipSupport the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and related analysis and presentations in line with Ferrero standardsLead monthly closing, variance analysis, and ongoing monitoring of trade and A&P spendingReview and release purchase orders for commercial spending; support sales in managing trade spending budgetsConduct feasibility studies, new SKU simulations, and ad hoc assignments to support management decisionsServe as the primary contact for Sales and Marketing in Korea, providing timely financial insights for business decisionsPrepare and update annual standard costs and invoice price lists in SAPManage monthly reporting (STT/STD/Stock) and session-based reporting Analyze SKU gross margins to support local decision-makingAssist with special projects at HQ, regional, and local levelsAbout You:University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldRelevant experience as a controller in a multinational company, FMCG is preferredAudit background is a plus, CPA qualification is considered an advantageCommercial and analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, detail-orientation and ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, agility and ability to work independently in a dynamic environmentDigital mindset with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, experience with SAP.
