Controller – Restaurant Group | Multi-Unit Finance Leadership

We’re looking for a Controller to own financial operations for a growing 6-unit restaurant group with expansion plans, including a new restaurant and private club next year.What You’ll Do• Oversee accounting and financial reporting across multiple restaurant entities• Manage P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow statements• Build cash flow models and strengthen financial documentation systems• Support leadership with performance insights and financial strategy• Handle daily sales and transaction reconciliationWhat We’re Looking For• Multi-unit restaurant accounting experience• Strong experience with multi-entity accounting and cash flow management• Familiarity with Restaurant365 (R365) is a strong advantage• Background as Assistant Controller ready to step up or an experienced Controller with a growth mindset• CPA is preferred but not required
