Our team of 32 professionals supports dealer partners across the country with F&I programs, claims concierge services, surface protection solutions, and industry-leading dealer support.Role OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on, leadership-driven Controller to strengthen the financial operations of our fast-growing organization. You will perform and oversee full-cycle accounting, including cash flow management, payroll, AR/AP, and month-end close, while also driving our forecasting, reporting, and budgeting processes. Reporting directly to the CEO and Vice President, you will serve as YWT’s financial leader, providing insight, ensuring compliance, and supporting key decisions while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day work. Full-Cycle Accounting1.1 Handle full-cycle accounting: journal entries, GL maintenance, accruals, prepaids, and balance sheet/bank reconciliation.1.2 Oversee AR, AP, and bi-weekly payroll processes including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, remittances, and compliance.2. Financial Reporting & Strategic Insight2.1 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.2.2 Provide financial insight, trend analysis, and recommendations to the CEO and Vice President.2.3 Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.3. Dealer Profit-Share, Programs & Compliance3.1 Maintain accurate tracking of dealer revenue, activations, and profit-share across Canada.3.2 Ensure compliance with GST/PST across AB, BC, SK, MB, ON (and future provinces), including filings and audit support.4. Cash Flow, Treasury & Year-End4.1 Own the rolling 13-week cash flow forecast and monitor working capital requirements.4.2 Manage AR/AP timing, cash planning, and intercompany reconciliations.4.3 Prepare year-end working papers and audit-ready files; collaborate with our fractional CPA on tax filings.5.
