Controlling Analyst

Your ContributionPreparation of reports, analyses, and business plansActs as a business partner to ME management.Supports the definition and implementation of ME strategy and performance management.Assists in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and closing activities within ME.Defines, implements, and reports on measures to achieve objectives.Analyzes overall ME operations (production, supply chain/logistics, quality), identifies areas for improvement, and supports the definition and implementation of measures to optimize production.Your Experience And QualificationsEducation Level: Level 7 – Specialized higher education program, university program, or master’s degree (2nd Bologna cycle).Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.Language Skills: English – B1 level (threshold level of communication).In-depth knowledge of the automotive and supplier industry.Experience working in an international environment.Ability to communicate effectively at management level.Strong analytical skills.Structured thinking approach.High quality awareness and strong internal customer orientation.Open mindset and readiness for change and continuous improvement.Collaboration with internal stakeholders – management, employees from other departments or units, and employees from other companies/entities within the group.Providing expert support and consulting in interpreting controlling reports.Analyzing products and performance indicators at various levels.Preparing, executing, and compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual business reports and plans in controlling systems (MARS, SAP-CO, MIK), cost allocation keys, and consolidated financial accounting reports.Planning annual and strategic business reports and performance indicators using planning tools.Introducing innovations in planning and reporting processes.Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, BI solutions, and good familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).Preferred additional knowledge: Understanding of company organization and procedures, familiarity with SAP CO, MIK, MARS, MS Excel, and quality systems; completed Controlling School.Our OfferCollaborative environment, working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities.Exciting assignments and personalized support for your career are available to you.Family friendly certified companyWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
