If you’re analytical, proactive, and not afraid to challenge the status quo — you’ll fit right in.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and update financial forecasts, commercial scenarios, and overall results analyses,Prepare weekly Financial reports (Cash Flow) and month-end Financial reports (Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and P&L statements).Work closely with the BI and Accounting teams to ensure data accuracy and meaningful reporting.Actively participate in the budgeting process — preparing and analyzing data together with the Board and business teams.Monitor business performance and provide insights to drive financial discipline and efficiency.Advise and challenge management teams by analyzing results, identifying risks, questioning KPIs, and suggesting business improvements.Analyze results and performance, identifying deviations, bottlenecks, and improvement areas.Research product profitability and investigate margin deviations versus plan or budget.Support cash management process — lead cash managment team prepare reports, and collaborate with sales teams to resolve issues.Own the budget, forecast, and management accounts reporting processes in partnership with management and support the company’s strategic planning.Requirements5–7 years of experience in financial controlling, ideally in a technology company or scale-up environment.Relevant academic background or professional training in accounting or controlling.Strong ability to perform strategic analyses and build business models.Advanced MS Excel skills (including VBA, Power Query, and financial modelling).Experience working with Symfonia accounting systemExcellent command of English and Polish, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively across all levels.A mix of analytical precision and great communication skills — because numbers tell a story, but people make it happen.A proactive mindset — you spot business risks early and come with solutions, not just problems.Problem-solving attitude and resilience — you face and resolve challenges head-on.Data-driven thinking, accuracy, and reliability in everything you do.Confidence to make timely business decisions while keeping both financial and commercial goals in mind.A strong team spirit, positive energy, and a willingness to share your knowledge.ACCA or CIMA certification and experience with Power BI would be a plus (but not a must!).BenefitsTop-notch HQ – 2500 square meters filled with tech and goodies such as a barista, lunches, and brunches!
