Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in the City of Johannesburg for a Controls Specialist. Day-to-day tasks include designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC control systems and related equipment. The role involves programming and configuring controls, ensuring system optimization, and conducting regular inspections to meet industry standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and adhering to project timelines is an essential part of the job. Qualifications Expertise in HVAC controls, automation systems, and related technical systemsProficiency in system design, troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization techniquesStrong knowledge of programming and configuring HVAC control systemsSkills in project management, technical documentation, and effective collaborationBachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldFamiliarity with industry standards and regulations in climate solutionsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
