With the increasing demand to deliver bespoke digital experience solutions and platforms for our clients, we are looking to grow our Digital Innovation Team.About the roleWe are seeking a technically skilled CRO Execution Analyst to assist in the hands-on setup, QA, and reporting of website optimisation experiments. This role will focus solely on test implementation and performance tracking using tools like VWO, GA4, and Microsoft Clarity. This is ideal for someone with sharp attention to detail, front-end knowledge, and experience working with test platforms.Key responsibilities A/B Test Setup & ExecutionBuild and configure A/B/n and multivariate tests in platforms such as VWO, Optimizely, or Google Optimize, based on clearly defined test briefs.Implement proper targeting, triggers, and variations using WYSIWYG editors and/or HTML/CSS/JS when needed.Set up tracking goals and events tied to test objectives (e.g. clicks, form submissions, engagement).Collaborate with CRO leads and QA team to ensure all tests are launched without bugs or conflicts across devices and browsers. QA & DebuggingConduct pre-launch QA on desktop and mobile (cross-browser testing, responsive checks, console error checks).Use browser dev tools to troubleshoot tag firing, variation rendering, and test performance issues.Verify that analytics events are firing correctly and all experiments are recorded accurately in the analytics platforms. Reporting & Analytics SupportMonitor tests in flight and extract performance data post-launch using GA4, VWO, and other analytics tools.Populate and update test result templates with data summaries, screenshots, traffic splits, and conversion metrics.Support the CRO team in building repeatable dashboard/report templates using Excel, Google Sheets, or Airtable. Automation, Documentation & Process EnablementAssist in documenting CRO workflows, test setup guides, and platform how-tos.Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., reporting, QA checklists, asset handovers).Maintain and update a centralised CRO wiki or knowledge base, including tagging conventions, platform settings, and troubleshooting checklists.QualificationsMust-Haves:1–2 years experience in CRO implementation, web QA, analytics, or website managementHands-on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g. VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize)Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript familiarity (able to tweak variation code or check selectors)Strong attention to detail and comfort with cross-browser/device QA processesFamiliar with Google Analytics 4, and able to extract relevant test dataStrong documentation and task-tracking skills (Google Docs, Airtable, Notion, or Confluence)Nice-to-Haves:Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g. GTM)Knowledge of Airtable formulas or Zapier for light automationExperience working remotely across global teamsBasic data visualisation/charting in Sheets or ExcelWhy you'll love usThrough our people philosophy, we believe that happy people with a great work/life balance are able to bring the #WOW factor to work and they're more fun to share an office with.Join us and surround yourself with like-minded, high achieving individuals and unbeatable career development opportunities.To know more about us, please visit the link at https://www.omnicommediagroup.com.np/Our working hours are generally from 7 am till 4 pm, Monday till Friday.“Omnicom Media Group Nepal is an equal opportunity employer.
