Job Description

Job Location: Remote (anywhere in Nigeria)Lingual Proficiency: English + French is a plusKey ResponsibilitiesAgent CRM Training: Provide training and refreshers to agents on CRM and application processes.Student Ownership: Take charge of students once they reach the following stages: - Progression from CO → UCO - Deposit payment - Interview bookings (university/visa)Deposit to Enrolment Conversion: Ensure students who have paid deposits successfully progress to final enrolment.Visa Support: - Collect visa documents and verify them against regional checklists. - Ensure VFS / Embassy / Campus France slots are booked and attended. - Follow up on visa appointments and outcomes.Pipeline Tracking & Reporting: Monitor conversion ratios from UCO → Deposits → Enrolment and share insights with RMs and Heads.Communication & Follow-ups: Regular updates to agents/students regarding deadlines, missing documents, and application status.Final Enrolment: Ensure end-to-end handholding until student is enrolled at destination university.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree with prior overseas education industry experience.Strong process orientation and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills in English.Ability to manage multiple cases and follow strict deadlines.Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce preferred).
