Job Description
The Conveyance and Contract Support Officer role is a high volume, detail-focused position within the Business Services Team, that acts as a key support for the Finance and Contracts Coordinator in the ongoing management of government-contracted undertaker relationships. This role also provides expert conveyancing and contracts advice to CCQ staff and stakeholders.In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the administration of financial processes on behalf of the Court, including: audit of claims and invoices in relation to the conveyance of bodies, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including government contracted undertakers, and general financial processes. Assist with the management of procurement activities and contract management obligations in accordance with business needs and Queensland Government requirements Provide conveyancing and invoice related advice to Queensland Government Undertakers and the Finance and Contracts Coordinator Prepare monthly financial reports and other adhoc reports such as accrual journals Assist to ensure all statutory and departmental financial compliance and contract reporting requirements are met in line with Queensland Government Undertaker contract management framework which includes site visits. Maintain accurate and consistent information retrieval systems. Build and maintain effective working relationships with various levels of management, staff and stakeholders both internal and external to CCQ, including government contracted undertakers.
