The Cook Apprentice will work under the guidance of experienced chefs and assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of ingredients and cooking of meals according to recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Learn and apply food safety and sanitation practices Support the culinary team in various tasks as needed Participate in training sessions to enhance cooking skills and knowledgeRequirements Proven experience as a Food Prep or similar role Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
