The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Main Duties And Responsibilities Cook and prepare food on placed orders Ensure good presentation of dishes Ensure proper storage of food in accordance to hygiene standards Maintain utensils and equipment when required Adhere to guidelines of personal hygiene, discipline and kitchen order Assist in any duties assignedRequirementsRequirements: Minimum ‘O’ Levels or Certificate in Food Preparation with relevant experience
