Corporate Procurement Specialist

Start date: 01/09/2025 End date: 31/12/2025 with the possibility of extensionFor our client in the Engineering industry, we are seeking a motivated and adaptable Procurement Specialist to support the development, communication, and implementation of global and corporate procurement strategies. In this role, you will contribute to key areas such as Indirect Materials & Services, Risk Management, Supply Base Management, Quality, and Sustainability.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and ensure the communication and implementation of Corporate Procurement strategies across relevant business functionsDrive improvement initiatives in areas such as Indirect Materials & Services, Risk Management, and Supplier ManagementEnsure the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of assigned procurement activities and global initiativesContribute to the development and execution of the global Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategy across strategic focus areas including Indirect Procurement, Risk Management, Supplier Management, Quality, and SustainabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with broader business goalsAssist in supplier evaluation, selection, and ongoing performance monitoringSupport procurement-related risk assessments and mitigation activitiesPromote procurement best practices and ensure alignment with compliance standards and sustainability targets Requirements:

Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualificationA few years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain managementStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsSolid understanding of procurement processes and systems
