Job Description

Job DescriptionResponsible of the Secondary Packaging Operations Planning area daily process flow operation focusing in the execution of the planning schedule, coordination of tasks, assigning priorities, monitoring shipping and production orders. Manages adequate Inventory level while maintaining required service level. Provide support in the planning functions. Assure process flow of product to comply with daily production plan. Ensure a good and healthy work environment through the compliance of procedures, company policies, operational and safety standards. ResponsibilitiesPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assure Secondary Packaging Area planning personnel perform their duties with high sense of Quality Awareness Identify area disciplinary situations Provide feedback to the associate Elevate situation to area manager or leader for consequent investigation Coordinate associates vacation plan Promote a good Work Environment Identify, segregate and follow up critical product to comply with promise date Follow up on non-conforming product and assure final disposition in executed.

Create report to monitor new product start up (launch) to comply with corporate requirements Follow up Finished Goods and Work in Process Inventory for priorities, aging, rejects or insufficient quantity Perform inventory transactions when needed Create, monitors and replace production orders (Shop Orders) for finished goods to cover production plan Coordinate and create orders with Engineering for validation and testing Execute production plan changes based on Planner's instructions.

Monitor product flow throughout the different areas to assure that the product is delivered to the Warehouse for final disposition (stock or shipping) Monitor changes that affect capacity and/or material availability Participate in Work instruction creation Coordinate planning training Conduct schedule changes as needed Participate in meetings as needed Participate in special project and other assigned duties as defined by management Prepare Business Unit KPI's reports Communicate on a timely basis to the planner any relevant issues affecting the production plan and commitments.

Populates current inventory, orders and other pertinent data into reports or planning tools Clean up Planning RO and send email to the different DC in order to sync orders on the systems Coordinate Raw Material transfer to DC's Create Campaign Production Orders (CPO) Create shipping orders for DC's out of PO/SO - manual order creation on BPCS Create shipping orders for product without resupply order Disposition for NCR Investigation - NCR meeting participant Consolidate Inventory from rework to send to warehouse or QA Final Replaced orders "Not Picked" in order to complete in process campaign Place or remove Inventory on HFS for product not found on location at warehouse Create MNT on Blue Mountain for lots with issues Communicate and assist (cycle count tech) on inventory transactions and product availability (inventory adjustment) Perform physical inventory Prepare documentation for product returns and consolidate after rework“We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.

Good Decision Making / Judgment / Information Analysis Knowledge on effective meetings Basic knowledge in conflict management Basic concepts on problem solving, line balancing and root cause analysis Experience in a dynamic manufacturing cell environment. Excellent interpersonal and teambuilding skills. Strong knowledge and understanding of manufacturing flow and logistics.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish Expert user of PC productivity tools (Power Point, Word, Excel) Ability to read and understand instructions in English. Fully Bilingual Good coordination skills. Work under minimum supervision. Teamwork and service oriented. Strong knowledge of computer systems (BPCS) Good analytical skills Ability to work in a dynamic, sometimes stressful environment Support and maintains good manufacturing practicesExperience: Five years of experience performing inventory coordination functions and/or planning functions in a medical device/pharmaceutical industry. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or equivalent experience
