This newly created role will be instrumental in coordinating promotional materials, events, sponsorships, and market analysis, ensuring the successful implementation of our marketing plans.ResponsibilitiesMarketing Campaigns & Strategy SupportAssist in developing and executing marketing campaigns.Coordinate promotional materials in compliance with local regulations.Support digital content and social media management with external agencies.Event & Congress CoordinationHelp organize medical congresses, symposia, and promotional events.Manage logistics and vendor relationships to ensure smooth execution.Market Analysis & ReportingCollect and analyze market trends and competitor data.Prepare performance reports and presentations.Monitor key marketing KPIs.Administrative SupportAssist in budget management and expense tracking.Coordinate internal processes including purchasing, vendor contracts, and invoicing.Maintain updated databases of clients, physicians, and key stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.1–2 years of experience in marketing, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Proficiency in Office tools and digital marketing platforms.Preferred SkillsExperience in event management, digital campaigns, and market analysis.
