Our current mission is to transform brand trade globally through our proprietary ERP system—and you will be key to optimizing the data driving it.The Role: Impact & DeliverablesAs the Financial & Administrative Coordinator, you will ensure our financial engine runs smoothly and efficiently, focusing on two key pillars: Financial Integrity & Process Optimization.Key Responsibilities & Ownership:Financial Control & Reporting: Own all local and international accounting records, including bank reconciliations (MX/SE), cost and inventory control, detailed financial analysis, and monthly closing support.Global Supply Chain & Logistics: Manage end-to-end procurement, order tracking, and coordination of import/export processes with global suppliers and carriers.Cost Control & Production Management. Managing the production process in the system, including cost control, inventory control and analysis.Process Optimization & AI Adoption: Actively drive continuous improvement, automation, and the implementation of digital tools and AI solutions to enhance administrative and financial efficiency.Local Administrative Operations: Ensure compliant and smooth daily administrative functions in Mexico, including local purchasing and necessary operational support.Multicultural Collaboration: Maintain clear, effective, and professional communication with global teams (Mexico and Sweden), bridging operational needs across cultures.Candidate Profile: What You BringRequired Experience & Education:Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3–5 years of demonstrable experience in accounting, cost control, and international logistics (e.g., strong command of tax laws, reconciliations, inventory management, and financial planning).Highly Proficient to Advanced English (Written & Spoken) is mandatory.Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using ERP systems (Odoo knowledge is a significant plus).Prior experience coordinating global suppliers and import/export processes is a strong advantage.Core Competencies (The "How"):Analytical Rigor: Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to interpret complex data to propose effective solutions.Agile Mindset: A strong commitment to continuous improvement, process optimization, and a high capacity for self-learning and rapid technology adoption (Learning Agility).Autonomy & Ownership: Highly organized, responsible, and capable of managing multiple projects and tasks with minimal supervision.Proactive & Collaborative: A positive, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills to thrive in a multicultural and highly collaborative team environment.The LogisticsLocation: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.Model: Hybrid (Mix of office and remote work).Schedule: Full-time.
