We aim to create an inspiring learning environment where our students are always at the centre!The jobAs a Coordinating Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative, financial, and organizational processes of the International School Eindhoven (ISE). You ensure smooth operations in the back office by handling correspondence, supporting financial administration, arranging travel and events, managing files and records, and providing professional support to staff and parents. You will also assist in the recruitment process, support teachers in practical matters, and be the first point of contact for parents and guardians for payment and invoicing queries. Your role combines administrative support, secretarial work, and financial administration. You will work independently within the guidelines of the school’s policies and procedures and report directly to the Leader of Administration.
