Shishu Polli Plus is looking for Coordinator - ITJob Context:Shishu Polli Plus (a project of The Sreepur Village, Bangladesh) is a humanitarian organization which is located in Sreepur of Gazipur District. We provide support of shelter, education, rehabilitation & livelihood training to the destitute mothers and children which help them to re-settle in their community with better financial and interpersonal skills. We are looking for qualified candidates for the position of Coordinator-IT as per followings:Job Responsibilities:Provide technical support to organization’s IT infrastructure and systems and managing technology needs within budget targets.Install, configure and maintain hardware and software components.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner and assist in the implementation of IT initiatives.Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data including CCTV camera maintaining.Prepare and updating IT policy and different IT related formats.Document IT Procedures and maintain technical documentationsCollaborate with other team members to support IT related activities in a customer service mannerDevelop, update and maintain website, Apps of the organization.Performs routine desktop backup as schedule or directed.Supports unit infrastructure (serves, switches, router, Apps etc.) and engages appropriate Mi-IT and/or vendor resourcesShould have knowledge about ERP & other software dealingsAssist in creating and maintain secure server environmentProfessional experience on front-end-design/development using Java Script, Ajax, JQuery, Bootstrap, and HTML & CSS is preferableMaintain proper documentation of IT assets, installation and troubleshoot activities.Ensure IT devices and network are secure and optimize for performanceEducational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & EngineeringBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer ScienceSkills Required: Software Implementation, LAN/ WAN, CCTV Installation, CCTV Maintaining, IT Support Service and Network engineering., Troubleshoot software related problemsExperience Requirements2 to 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):NGOAdditional Requirements Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues. Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks and related technologies. Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
