The Coordinator will provide leadership and expert advice to support CCS staff on day-to-day operational matters, contributing to high standards of service delivery.The focus of the role will be on ensuring efficient CCS staffing and workflow, monitoring service delivery, and assisting the Manager in developing, updating, and implementing policies and procedures. Strong administrative skills are essential, including maintaining accurate case notes, preparing subpoenas for court, managing staff rosters, scheduling clients, and planning oversight. The role also requires excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity and professionalism in all interactions.Working closely with the Manager, Team Leader, and Senior Practitioner, the Coordinator will take a leadership role, monitor staff performance, and assist with professional development and quality improvement initiatives.Do you fit the billA Degree qualification in Social Sciences, Psychology, Social Work, Family Law, Family Dispute Resolution, Education, or a related field, coupled with demonstrated relevant experience.Experience working with, or knowledge of the impacts of separated families including those impacted by family violenceAn in-depth understanding of the impact of family separation and conflict on children, and proven experience working to uphold the best interests of children.High-level knowledge of child development principles, mandatory reporting obligations, family violence dynamics, and suicide intervention strategies.Experience in leadership of other staff and small teams.
