Packs EMEA (Eastpak, JanSport and Kipling) is looking for an exceptional Coordinator, Digital Trading – JanSport (EMEA) to join our Digital team in Antwerp, Belgium.Let’s talk about the role! As Digital Trading Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day enhancement and As Digital Trading Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of enhancing and optimizing the JanSport EMEA website. Your mission? Accelerate the growth of Jansport.com across the region. You’ll report to the Digital Trading Manager and collaborate on strategic initiatives that shape JanSport’s digital future.How You Will Make a DifferenceSite Merchandising & TradingExecute the trading calendar, driving key commercial and brand moments. Optimize product listings with compelling copy, visuals, and attributes tailored to Gen Z. Monitor availability, pricing, and promotions to boost conversion and sell-through. Performance & InsightsTrack KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, sell-through) and deliver actionable insights. Support weekly/monthly performance reporting, highlighting wins and opportunities. Campaign & Launch SupportCoordinate with brand marketing and creative teams for launches and seasonal campaigns. Align trading plans with digital marketing efforts (email, paid media, social). Customer & Market UnderstandingStay on top of Gen Z trends, seasonal moments, and competitor activity. Contribute ideas for content, promotions, and product positioning that resonate with youth audiences. Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with merchandising, planning, digital marketing, and UX teams. Support the Digital Trading Manager in daily operations and strategic projects. Skills For SuccessYou’re a digitally savvy team player with a growth mindset, ready to apply commercial strategies in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. You bring:1–2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or a related role (internships experience is welcomed). Experience in fashion or apparel is a plus. Strong analytical mindset and passion for data-driven decision-making. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Sharp eye for product presentation and understanding of Gen Z preferences. Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc. Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative. Genuine enthusiasm for youth culture, lifestyle products, and digital commerce. A team-first attitude and eagerness to contribute.
