(NYSE: TKO), a premium sports and entertainment company.The Role and What You'll Do:Assist EVP and other S/VPs with work travel requirements. This includes obtaining trip approval, and booking of flights, accommodation, ground transportation, etc.Assist EVP and other S/VPs with expenses and claims. This includes that of work trips, local meetings, as well as any medical claims.Assist in setting up meetings, including obtaining best time, sending invitations, booking rooms, etc.Draft emails and letters to key stakeholders- government officials, Tour officials, clients, colleagues.Provide assistance in preparing sales proposalsCoordinate creative workflow for APAC golf requestsCoordinate market research with Endeavor Analytics team, for APAC golf requestsAssist in sales process i.e. carry out background research of businesses, arrange meetings with potential entities, send follow up notes and proposals, etc.Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management of work documents to be disseminated on a timely basis i.e. World Tour Schedule, Weekly / Quarterly Reports, etc.Coordinate travel with country heads and Golf divisionThere will be opportunity to travel for regional events, where specific responsibilities will be discussed and agreed upon separately.Personal Matters include booking EVP’s family’s personal travel, if traveling with EVP. This may include visa applications, flights, accommodation and ground transport. Also maintaining proper records of important personal documentsPlease note this is a maternity cover position for a period of ~5 months, estimated dates from November 2025 to end March 2026.You Have These:2+ years of relevant administrative experience is preferredProfessional, detail-oriented, motivated and proactiveExhibit strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasksMaintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality with finance mattersExhibit strong and effective communication skillsStrong writing, proofreading and editing skillsWork well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment and make decisions with informed discretionProficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Office365Ability to travel preferred
