From the Got Talent and Idol franchises to “Baywatch,” “Family Feud,” “Maxton Hall,” “The Price is Right,” “Farmer Wants a Wife” “The X Factor” and “Fellow Travelers” - Fremantle is behind the world’s most-loved and most-watched shows.The Role - Contract position 6 monthsThe Coordinator, Global Media Operations will collaborate with multiple teams across the Fremantle content supply chain to support FAST and VOD destinations with operations, programming and post-production teams to ensure timely deliveries.ResponsibilitiesAssist Global Media Operations with the provisioning of content across FAST (Buzzr) and VOD platforms (Roku, Pluto, Vizio, Tubi)Research, validate, and reconcile metadata from multiple sourcesEnter accurate metadata into internal databases and content management systemsVerify artwork deliverables for movies, series, or specials against client specificationsOrganize and deliver custom metadata templates to partner delivery requirementsCollaborate with support teams to troubleshoot and document technical issuesSupport the department with ad hoc tasks or projects as neededRequirements1-2 years of experience in digital media operations, content distribution, or streaming environments (VOD, SVOD, FAST)1+ year experience with content management systems (CMS) or metadata entry toolsBasic understanding of entertainment metadata standards and content lifecycle variationsIntermediate experience with common video formats, codecs, and aspect ratiosProficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google WorkspaceAbility to navigate shifting priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDesiredStrong collaboration skills and attention to detail; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in programming, operations, marketing, and fulfillment teamsExposure to collaboration tools such as Airtable, Asana, or TrelloAbility to troubleshoot issues with metadata, artwork, or audio/video, and escalate as neededExperience coordinating delivery specifications with external partners or vendorsUnderstanding of post-production workflows and media asset management systemsExperience supporting high-volume content deliveries in a compressed timelineFamiliarity with secure file transfer methods and tools such as Aspera and Media ShuttleWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver)Fremantle is a proudly independent group of content creators, and home to some of the biggest entertainment formats, compelling international dramas, award-winning films, and high-quality documentaries.Amplifying local stories on a global scale, Fremantle produces and delivers premium, multi-genre IP across the 28 territories it operates in, and represents world-leading digital business, with more than 495 million fans and 300 billion views for its standout content across all platforms.Fremantle is part of RTL Group, a global leader across broadcast, streaming, content and digital, itself a division of the international media, services, and education company Bertelsmann.
